About Our Business
Senior Servant was founded in March 2004 by Dot Hartman after
she experienced first-hand the needs that arise in caring for
parents that live a distance away.
Dot believes that God has given her a heart for caring for senior
adults as well as the mathematical, organizational, and
management abilities to be a skilled servant.
Dot is a Certified Senior Advisor. A Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)
is an exclusive professional educated by experts to become a
highly valued community resource. A CSA is qualified to:
Dot is an independent service coordinator for Phoebe Ministries in
their Senior Living Housing Apartments in Berks County. She
spent the first 20 years of her career in scheduling production and
managing inventory, warehouses and transportation. She enjoys
analyzing and solving problems. She has a BS in Industrial
Engineering and a MS in Operations Research.
Senior Servant is bonded for your assurance against financial
liability.
